Villa Facilities

Staying at Villa Eden is not a self-service holiday. You'll be looked after from the moment you make your reservation to the moment you leave Bali. All services provided are included in the rental rates. There is no additional tax or service charge, and tipping is entirely at your discretion. On arrival in Bali, you'll be greeted at the airport by your driver who will take you to Villa Eden, settle you into your new accommodation, and introduce you to the house staff. You will appreciate the cool drink and cold towel they have prepared for your arrival. The refrigerator will be stocked with an initial supply of soft drinks, aqua (bottled water), milk and beer, as well as a selection of local tropical fruits and snacks. Of course, any items you have requested prior to your arrival will also be available. The bathroom will be supplied with soap, cotton buds, tissues, etc, and your bedrooms will be pre-cooled for you Soon after you arrive, you will be visited by Trish and Fiona - two Melbournians who have made Bali their home. They will assist you with any requirements you may have, be it an emergency massage, or a shopping trip for the following day. In accordance with the laws of Indonesia, Trish & Fiona will take a photocopy of each passport, and will register you with the authorities. Trish and Fiona will be only a phone call away for the duration of your stay. They can give you up-to-date advice on restaurants, entertainment and shopping, and will try to answer any questions you may have. From then on, your holiday in "The Island of The Gods" begins in earnest. You will have your new, air-conditioned car and driver, Made, at your disposal for local driving (petrol extra), or you can request Made shop for you at one of the gourmet delis or supermarkets. Made will be happy to prepare your food for you as well! He will also return each morning to prepare your continental breakfast at the time you specify. Menus from a selection of fine local restaurants are in each villa, and our staff are on hand to arrange orders, pick-up and will serve your meal to you in the privacy of your own villa. The villa will be serviced daily by your house staff, who are there to help you in any way possible. They will take care of all routine work such as cleaning your villa, washing dishes, changing linen and towels, etc. They are very discreet, and you will rarely notice their presence. From dusk till dawn, a dedicated Security Guard will be stationed outside your villa to ensure your safety at all times. The villa is thus staffed 24 hours a day. A room safe is available in each villa for storage of valuable items and travel documents. Satellite TV and DVD Player is available for your use, and there is aninternet connection available for your laptop.
